Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon local time. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Manjal order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.

Cancellations:

1) Customer are entitled to cancel their order any time before it is scheduled for delivery. If an order is cancelled before the delivery as the customer choose that he don't need that product anymore as per Manjal "No questions asked to cancel or to return policy" we will cancel the order within 24 hours. The refund will be processed in full and credited back to the customer account that they choose at time of ordering within 2 - 4 business working days.

2) Manjal reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances

   a) If the customer shipping address falls outside of the area we serve location that are supported at time of placing the order. 

   b) If the customer address is NOT complete and if Manjal wasn't able to contact on the registered email and or phone number.

3) All orders placed on Manjal can be canceled or rescheduled at any point in time before the order is been shipped. If the order is already shipped the customer can chose to return the product at time of delivery. Manjal shall not charge you any cancellation fee as per "No questions asked to cancel or to return policy"

Return and Refunds:

Customer is eligible for a refund in the event of following circumstances:

1) Customer are entitles all to return any products at time of delivery due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and refund the Cash/Credit for the value of the return products based on the payment mode that the customer used at time of placing the order. If the cutomer placed the order using Credit option as their payment method then refund will be processed within 2 - 4 business days. 

2) After delivery if the customer choose to return they are entitled to register a complaint with Manjal within 24 hours for non-perishable items and 12 hours for perishable items. Perishable items include fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. In which case if the products are returned as in the delivered conditions refund will be processed within 2 - 4 business days. 

3) The products should be in the same condition as they were when delivered.

4) Manjal will notify you once we received the return product and will send an email that we have received your returned item. As per "No questions asked to cancel or to return policy" your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account, within 2-4 business working days.
